Previously, he served 11 years as Associate Director of Student Life and Coordinator of Leadership Development at Montgomery College in Rockville, Maryland. He started a number of successful businesses, including: an advertising agency, concert productions, and contract food service. Mr. Jefferson’s background also includes serving as a senior-level officer for several national associations.

Author of How To Work With People: Basic Training for Student Leaders, he advises individuals and groups in matters related to leadership, individual and organization goal achievement, program planning, scholastic achievement, community service, and human relations issues.
