The Weekend Leadership Academy
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
As a result of this program, participants are better able to:

- Respond to the challenges and responsibilities of leadership.

- Identify & eliminate barriers to group and individual productivity.
- Motivate & challenge team members.

- Recognize factors that interfere with effective communications.
- Appreciate the advantages of leading a diverse group.
- Demonstrate positive coaching behavior.
Prepare for an intensive series of group and individual leadership activities designed to enable new levels of
thinking and situational decision-making. Participants will learn and have fun while exploring current events and
the strategies and issues of effectively leading others. An objective underlying all activities is to improve participants
capacity to communicate, establish mutual trust, and meaningful interpersonal relations. Session advisors facilitate
team-building exercises and discussion sessions.
Keynote Addresses, Discussion Forums, Workshops, Case Studies, Problem-Solving, and Self-assessment are
among the methods of exploring leadership 'best practices' that will be employed.
The Weekend Academy, all materials included, is priced at $4895.
Travel, and lodging (as necessary) are additional.
